Our regional team of managers will complete a cycle around Rutland Water (23 mile) dressed as Santa on the 8th of December. This is to raise funds in support of Leicester's children's hospital, story below:

Whoever saves the life of a human being, it shall be as if he had saved the whole of humankind(Quran, 5:32)Children's services in Leicester hospitals are amongst the busiest in the country yet the East Midlands is the only region in England without a dedicated children's hospital.Be a part of cementing a legacy to benefit future generations through the development of a dedicated state of the art children's hospital to serve the East Midlands.Drop of Compassion are working with Leicester Hospital's Charity and need your support to progress the initial phase of the project. Our target of £250,000 will help achieve:- 8-bed PICU cubicle ward in the PICU ward of the LRI- 2 x Isolation HDU Rooms on the cardiac ward of the LRI, Kensington Building.- Local treatment, removing the need for children to be transferred to specialist units around the country.100% Donation Policy means all funds raised will be utilised for the development of the HDU ward.
