Thanks for taking the time to visit my Just Giving page.
Cancer continues to be one of the largest killers around the world and after seeing first-hand the effects it has had on friends and family, it is a cruel disease that needs us all to help eradicate it.
After completing my first endurance walk in April 2023, I am challenging myself to take on a longer one in September which will be a test of resolve as I will be walking double the distance, throughout the night and early hours of the morning with the aim of completing it in under 24 hours.
This will be a continual walk of 100K (62 miles) with a ~2,170m climb starting at Beachy Head in Eastbourne, navigating the Seven Sisters, travelling along the South Downs Way, and ending in historic Arundel. I'm no stranger to fitness, but this not only will be a test of stamina but also of mental resolve.
Every step forward will be in memory of those I've lost or those that are currently going through treatment and any support you can give to my chosen charity of Cancer Research UK - no matter how small - will be hugely appreciated.
