Story

Welcome to the page for Andrew and Ellie's sponsored tattoo, raising money for Nelson's Journey.

On the 9th November we are getting tattoos of the worry eater dolls as shown in the photo above. These dolls are just one of the ways Nelson's Journey help young people deal with bereavement. Worry eaters work by allowing you to write down your worries and place them in the doll's mouth. Afterwards they can then be looked at again in a calmer environment or with a trusted person. They are important as they give anyone under the age of 18 a technique to deal with bereavement, and other subjects that can be difficult to talk about.

Your donation will help them continue their very important work. Every £10 donated will supply a worry doll to a young person along with the therapy and support they require.

We can't thank you enough for your support!
