Story
Hello, my name is Eamonn Gribben. I am 56 years of age and I
am preparing to run the Great North Run on behalf of SHINE for children with Spina Bifida. I have been inspired by Carter Sinclair who is 2 years of age and is a remarkable, determined young child who never lets anything get him down or stop him from fulfilling a full and active life. I would like to raise as much money as possible and, more importantly, awareness for children who have Spina Bifida.
This is the first time I have ever ran since school and this has inspired me to come to a decision and attempt to take on the challenge of the Great North Run. I will do my best to complete the course but I would be
grateful if everyone could get behind me by sponsoring me to complete the run and help support children like Carter.
Thank you.
