We provide suicide prevention resources to help prevent suicide in the UK

Story

Every year Ealing Eagles Running Club takes teams to Wales to run from Caernarfon to Cardiff over a weekend in June. In 2109, the men have decided (again) to grow some truly wonderful varieties of facial hair for the event, much to the delight of partners, family members, friends...

This year we've got three teams and more men than ever running the relay so more hair than ever is being grown. We're supporting their hirsute endeavours by raising money for CALM. More information about the charity is below. It's a cause that's close to the club's heart as two of our Eagle men died by suicide in 2017. Anthony Austin was on the WCR team in 2015. We would appreciate anything you can spare towards the excellent work that the charity carries out.

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against male suicide, the single biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK. Our goal is a life less miserable for you, your friends, your family and for all men.
