Story
When I was invited to be part of our team for this years Macmillan Game Heroes event, I was a little hesitant as I can't really function without a solid 8 hours sleep these days and I hate being on camera however I'm eager to help raise money for such a good cause.
Every family has been affected by cancer in some way and mine is no different. I lost both of my grandads, Campbell Binnie and James Brown (yes that's his name and yes he was as cool as the singer) to cancer. So I've decided to take part in this for them, and for the rest of my family, who amaze me every day with their ability to pick themselves back up and power through no matter what life throws at them.
To add to the challenge I'm mostly going to be playing horror games so you can all laugh at me screaming for 24 hours. The list of games so far is Resident Evil 2, Layers of Fear, Outlast and then some weird dating simulators for a different kind of horror experience.
You can catch my stream on Twitch from 8pm on the 20th of April here -

Sooo... This ones for you, Grandad and Grandpa. I know both of you never really "got" video games but I'd like to think you'd be proud of me for doing this anyway.
