Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. A group of us keen walkers from Lighthouse Community Church, Southampton, will be taking on the challenge of walking up the 3 peaks this coming September. This will be the highest peak in each of England, Wales and Scotland: Scafell Pike, Snowdon and Ben Nevis. Sore legs are guaranteed - if you feel you can sponsor us, people in North East Brazil will be hugely benefited.

EAB as a charity carries out brilliant work in Northeast Brazil (based in Patos). They aim to “alleviate the effects of poverty, irrespective of age, culture or religion, and through their action in communities to show the love of God”. From teaching sign language to deaf people, to digging wells and building toilets, EAB brings important things to communities that need it most.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
