Story

Thanks for coming to this page.

Like most people reading this, I have known people with mental health issues and also dealt with my own. For many it is a continued struggle, and without appropriate help and care, it makes life hard to live.

I have been lucky in having friends and family to help me through my own times of need, but sometimes that help has to come from charities such as "Self Help Services".

Self Help provide a range of support, services and opportunities, across the North West of England, for people living with mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, phobias and panic attacks.

Working on fitness was a major factor for me getting into a better headspace when I was at my lowest low, and now I want to use it to raise money, and help other people who may be struggling. So on Saturday, 26th November, I will be fighting a charity boxing match, along with a bunch of other fighters raising money for their own causes.

Please consider donating, and also sharing this page. Ill post pictures and updates, as well as event night photos.

The fight is part of a full WCF boxing event at Bowlers Exhibition Centre in Manchester. If you wish to attend the event, there are standing tickets available here - http://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/white-collar-fighter-127-boxing-manchester-tickets-413660458567
