Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. In April 2014 dad passed away after a long battle with  Prostate Cancer. To help raise awareness of the silent killer after 40 years of not using my trainers, I've decided to come out of athletic retirement and run 60 races before i turn 60 in 54 months.

My main events will all be races of 10K or more but to make sure I keep in shape for those races I also plan to run 60 5K. Most of the races will be running but I will also challenge myself with some cycling races and possibly even the odd duathlon.
