Starting on Saturday, 29th October and for 5 consecutive days, Yewande and Dwight's diet will comprise solely of water, rice, beans, and porridge oats for a 5- day challenge. Blake will join for the weekend. We really, really like our food so this is going to be challenging !!

For us, the challenge highlights the increasing difficulties faced by many here in the UK as a result of the cost of living crisis. We plan to experience some temporary discomfort so that we can raise money for HOPE worldwide. The charity does amazing work in London and all over the UK in the area of homelessness and addiction. We've supported the charity for over 25 years. We want to help those experiencing homelessness and those battling addiction transform their lives. Will you support us by becoming a sponsor? Two Step partners with night shelters, day centres, councils, charities, and accommodation providers to help around 200 people per year to find accommodation, saving them from the downward spiral that is often caused by living on the streets.
