Dorchester Paws is a beloved institution here in Summerville, SC. For 50 years, Dorchester Paws has sheltered, protected, and served the animals in this community. From thousands of spays/neuters to thousands of adoptions and reunifications, Dorchester Paws is a vital resource for the community.  

Dorchester Paws has a special place in my heart because it is where I adopted my fur baby Cooper back in September 2021. 

Dorchester Paws runs mostly on the donations of good samaritans like you. It is a goal of mine to raise money for Dorchester Paws throughout the year of 2022.

Dorchester Paws, formerly known as Frances R. Willis SPCA, is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of animals in Dorchester County, South Carolina. Dorchester Paws is the only open-admission shelter in Dorchester County, serving towns including Rosinville, Ridgeville, Oakbrook, St. George, Summerville and Grover, SC.
