The four of us are training hard to take on Total Warrior in the Lake District on 5th August. We are raising money for PAWS-GIST to help fund finding a cure for this currently incurable form of cancer. PAWS-GIST stands for 'paediatric and adolescent gastrointestinal stromal tumours.' Josephines cousin has been diagnosed with this so it is a charity close to her heart, and we all want to help!

We will be posting picture updates of training and of the actual event. It's going to be tough to get ourselves whipped into shape for a 10k run and to make sure we are prepared for whatever obstacles they put in our way, but it will be worth it if it encourages lovely people like yourself to donate to this amazing cause.
