I have decided to run the Great South run in October 2018 for the charity, Mind.

Many of you are aware that my Dad took his own life. His battle with his own mental health issues had a massive impact on my life.
 
Mind provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. 

If I can raise any amount of money to help support people going through their own pain or help families / friends directly affected then I will be very proud.
