Well, that's this year's South Wales ride over for another year. Really enjoyed it and looking forward to the next challenge. Heartfelt thanks go to Pete for the company and all my friends and sponsors for their moral support.

Massive thanks and appreciation go to my wife, Stella Davies, for driving us to the start point, meeting us on route with flapjacks to revive us and being at the finish line to cheer us over and grab some outstanding photographs. Her support and care over the last year has been unwavering and has played no small part in my recovery.
