Anytime Fitness in their amazing usual fashion has organised a 24hour charity walk up the wrekin where we’re asking people to book on and complete 24 seperate ascents and descents. We’re hopping this can be a huge success like many other charity events were lucky to be apart of.
Raising money for local charity is something I always aim to help with so taking part with the same groups I aim to complete the wrekin Ascent and Descent 24 times in 24 hours from Saturday into Sunday on my mountain bike.
‘Dulcie is a beautiful and brave five-year-old from Shropshire. She loves My Little Pony, all Disney princesses, rainbows and all things that sparkle! In December 2021 Dulcie was diagnosed with high-risk neuroblastoma, a rare and aggressive childhood cancer that has a 40-50% chance of long-term survival at diagnosis. Her parents are currently fundraising for potentially lifesaving treatment, either to get their daughter into remission or to try and keep the cancer away if her frontline treatment does go to plan. This could cost hundreds of thousands of pounds.
