Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

On Saturday November 10th JW Fitness studio in Urmston is running a charity challenge to remember long term client and friend, James McCarthy who sadly lost his fight to cancer on August 30th.

We are going to cycle/ski and row from Manchester to Dublin and back again. It is a total of 534km.

We are hoping to complete the challenge in 12-16 hours approximately and will need as many people to take part throughout the day as possible to ensure there is never a machine not in use.

If you would be willing to give just 20 minutes of your time to clock up some Kms please contact me via facebook or email:

Email: John@johnwarburtonfitness.co.uk

Please let me know what times you can and would be willing to do. As there are only 3 machines I will be asking people to come in at different times throughout the day to ensure they are always in use.

Why Dublin?

Every week James would tell me he needed to give up Guinness and every week he would come in telling me how many he drank. He loved a Guinness.

So we will travel to and from Dublin and once complete we will raise a pint of Guinness in Jame's honour.
