Maloney Performance wants you all to 'Go Dry for CRY' and kick off the new year by staying off the alcohol for January 2016!

Last year we raised £100, this year we're going for at least £150!

Firstly, you'll be making a positive step by improving your own health, fitness and performance. But, more importantly, by donating a little of what you would have spent on the booze, you can help support the work of Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) in honour of the Kris Ledgard Memorial Fund (http://www.krisledgard.co.uk).

Each week at least twelve young people in the UK die suddenly as a result of undiagnosed heart conditions. At Cardiac Risk In the Young we aim to save young lives & to help those affected by the sudden cardiac death. We do this by providing support, information & screening those affected.
