Almost there! Thanks for everyone's support! Not to keep off the drink 3 or 4 days a week for the next couple of months. Has certainly been good sorry to everyone if I'm seemed a little moody early in the month. Rest assured I'm not having a drink tonight now off to bed but might have a beer after bowls tomorrow night!!

So we are off and running think the first week will be the hardest with a triple birthday at the weekend!!
One of my New Year’s resolution is... to give up alcohol, For January in aid of Cancer Research UK.
I’m becoming a Dryathlete 2012 was not a good year losing my mum after a long battle with Cancer so no better way to get healthier and kick the booze for a month.
Please join me or if able to do it why not sponsor and support me after all every little counts and helps to one day beat it!! All through January I’m not going to touch alcohol. Not a single drop. So instead of buying me a drink, I’d like you to donate.
Every pound helps Cancer Research UK bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. If i do happen to have a drink which i wont I’ll chuck in another £10 to make up for it. Cheers.
I've already sponsored myself £10 to kick me off and hope to raise over £100.
The Dryathlete’s Oath I promise that I shall take part in Dryathlon™, respecting and abiding by the rules which govern it, committing myself to a month without alcohol, in the true spirit of do-gooding, for the glory of Dryathletes and the honour of Cancer Research UK.
