Story

I’m giving up alcohol for January in aid of Cancer Research UK..... I’m becoming a Dryathlete!!!!!!!! You all know how much (and how often) i like a drink, so im sure you can appreciate how tough this will be for me. Im determined to do it though, to stay on the wagon for 31 days. If i can manage it then it will be the longest iv gone without a drink in 10 years! So please donate anything you can, even if its £1. These donations will be my motivation. I will be adding photos throughout January of me "enjoying" a diet coke instead of a pint on a night out, or shunning the Chablis in a restaurant in favour of a mineral water! Every £ raised goes directly to cancer research UK helping to bring forward the day when all cancers are cureable!!! Wish me luck!!! Joe The Dryathlete’s Oath I promise that I shall take part in Dryathlon™, respecting and abiding by the rules which govern it, committing myself to a month without alcohol, in the true spirit of do-gooding, for the glory of Dryathletes and the honour of Cancer Research UK.
