This is a collective fund raising page, so by supporting your friend, family member or colleague you will be helping reach the total target figure, of course if we exceed our target that would be brilliant.
Thank you to all of those who support this immensely worthy cause - no doubt we will also have lots of fun in the process and be posting photos as we progress during the day.
Action Medical Research are the leading UK charity funding vital research to help defeat the diseases that devastate the lives of sick and disabled babies, children and young people. At Action Medical Research we are determined to stop the suffering of babies and children caused by disease and disability. By supporting us, you are helping to find ways to reduce premature birth, to support children facing a lifetime of challenges caused by disabilities, and to develop cutting-edge therapies for rare and incurable diseases. Teams of four are taking part in this extremely tough dawn to dusk event where they will cycle 55 miles around the incredible winding lanes of the Brecons, summit of Pen Y Fan, the highest mountain in the Brecon Beacons with an altitude of 886m, on an 8 mile round trip and finally navigate a 2-mile course on the Monmouthshire
and Brecon canal to raise money for this incredible cause. With your help, we're determined to make a real difference to children's lives.
