I am planning to cycle from Lowestoft across England to the West Coast of Wales - almost 400 miles in 3 days for a very good cause! Weather and knees permitting I should just about make it, and hopefully be back in time for Monday morning surgery!

EACH supports families and cares for children and young people with life-threatening conditions across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk. They provide care and support wherever the family wishes – in families’ own homes, in the community or at one of their hospices in Ipswich, Milton and Quidenham.

They are a registered charity and this year need to raise more than £5.75 million in public donations to deliver their services. This amounts to over £15,000 a day, every day of the year.
