Story
Asalamulaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh.
Recently Dr Akhtar Mohammed Khan has peacefully passed away after his battle with coronavirus. We have set this page up to raise money as part of Sadaqah Jariyah (legacy)for the Dr Akhtar Mohammed Khan so he may receive as much reward, even after he has passed.
The aim is to raise money for water wells, with (SRF), to be built in his name. Please donate whatever you can, whether it be £1 or more.
Dr Akhtar Khan was 53 and lived with his wife and five children in Manchester. He qualified as a doctor from the University of Manchester and worked as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Salford Royal hospital. His kindness and compassion has touched the lives of many people, including the many patients he has looked after over the course of his life.
I have been overwhelmed by the outpour of condolences from people who worked and knew Dr Akhtar Khan. I have received so many heart felt messages from his colleagues and the void Akhtar will leave behind by his sudden passing away.
Knowing Akhtar for over 8 years professionally and personally, he was respected by all that knew him and his generosity touched everyone he came into contact with. He went beyond his duties as a doctor to support people, especially making time for them in his busy schedule.
Akhtar was gentle and a unique soul and was passionately involved in many charities. Those that were particularly close to his heart were the charities providing clean water for people in need, which is the reason we have set up this donation page in his honour.
Inshallah may we all be rewarded for our donations and inshallah may Allah SWT grant Dr Akhtar Mohammed Khan the highest place in Jannah. Please keep him and his family in your duas and prayers.
Please feel free to visit the SEEKING REWARD FOUNDATION website for further information or please feel free to message me.
