A team of nine will be leaving the bright lights of the city to take on Europe's oldest charity bike ride on Sunday September 10th. We're riding to support the charity's bursary scheme, which widens access to the Trust's world-class training.

Story

The Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust has been at the forefront of exploring mental health and wellbeing for over a century as a historic leader in relational and talking therapies. Home to the birthplace of attachment theory, a Tavi training has added to the practice and lives of generations of practitioners who value its dedication to innovation, contradiction and change. The Trust is committed to widening access to its courses and clinical training with mentorship - as well as money - being an essential part of the bursary scheme for under-represented students. The charity's fledgling bursary programme was created by a number of bequests, and we're now keen to secure its future by raising funds on our bikes.
