Ok, something a bit different.
I want to lose some weight and get healthy. I've been inspired by John Green's 100 Day's series to do a vlog every Wednesday about my progress to get healthy.
I will do this all off season and end with a 10k in September.
I am doing this for three reasons.
1. Improve my Physical Healthy
2. Improve my Mental Health
3. Raise some dollars for charity.
