This weekend i will be running the Great southern run. fingers crossed the weather is better than the torential rain last years event suffered.

As you can see i generally look crap at the end of a race, help me feel like it was worth the pain by making a donation. I am not too far off my target of £250 though i am quickly running out of days. Any donations would be greatly appreciated.
