Together, with Richard Astle, the Chairman of the nationwide charity, Shine, my brother in law and my partner (and several other people!) we are aiming to  raise £25,000 to help Shine build a new pioneering health centre, based in Peterborough, for their members to have more readily available access to a wide range of much needed health services which supports anyone affected by spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus. 

These conditions may be unfamiliar to you but 1 in 1,000 children are affected by hydrocephalus, and every day, two women learn that their unborn baby has spina bifida.
