I'm joining the guys and girls from Clarify in their 3-Peak Challenge, a 24 hour ordeal to climb Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon. We expect blisters, tears, sleep-deprivation and a few missed turns along the way, but hope to raise a significant amount of money for the Clarify Foundation.

It's on the 25th September, so don't delay and get your credit card out! Every penny will go directly to the 5-year project underway in Uganda - we're currently improving teacher accommodation in rural schools in order to improve the lives of these professional people who usually live in very poor conditions, having been placed by the government far from their families. It also secures the school premises, enabling school farms to be built and flourish. The crops grown then provide the children with meals at lunchtime, but perhaps more importantly enables them to learn the agricultural skills essential to allow them to look after themselves and their families in years to come.
