Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

We have decided to set a Goal that scares us!!!

On Saturday 23rd April, myself and Nathan Taylor will attempt to complete the Thames Ring 250 mile footrace twice back to back. We will aim to complete the 500 miles within the 200 hour target (100 hour for each).

Our good friend Mark Thornberry dedicated his final 3 years of his life raising funds for Liver Cancer research at the Kings College Hospital whilst battling this dreadful disease himself.

Mark was an avid runner who loved to get out on the trails and compete in Ultra Marathons. Mark inspired so many of us over the years and we feel it vitally important to carry on the great work that he did raising awareness and funds for this Liver Cancer research at the Kings College Hospital.

Liver Cancer research is critically under funded and as a result too many people currently lose their battle, once diagnosed.
