I will be climbing Ben Nevis on 12th-14^th of June 2015 to raise funds for Demelza Childrens Hospice in memory of my beautiful granddaughter Louise who passed away at the hospice at Sittingbourne last year at the age of 8. Louise was such an amazing, fun loving and happy girl and brought enormous joy to us all.

Demelza enabled our family to all be together to support each other and spend precious last moments with Louise whilst taking care of all of the practical stuff. We, as a family, are very grateful for this. None of this, nor the respite care that Demelza provided for Louise at home in Eastbourne or the respite breaks that she enjoyed at Sittingbourne with her mum and dad, brother and grandparents at various times would have been possible without the hard work and fund-raising carried out by other people. I therefore would like to support Demelza so all of this amazing work and support will be available to others who need it.
