Demelza Hospice Care has provided much needed respite care to our family both at the hospice in Kent and at home. Sadly, in March last year we had first- hand experience of the wonderful and very special work that the staff at Demelza carry out with end of life care when my Grand-daughter, Louise who was eight years old, passed away at the hospice in Kent. 

I am raising  funds to help support Demelza continue their work caring for children and supporting their families.
