Freya and Dot have decided to cycle 200 miles along the coast of Thailand!

We've been partners in crime since 1996, but we've never done anything quite like this. In November we'll be embarking on the Teens Unite Thailand Cycle Challenge, cycling roughly 50km per day from Bangkok to Chumphon.

Teens Unite is an amazing charity which supports teenagers and young adults fighting cancer. You can find out more about Teens Unite below. We'd love to raise as much money as we can and would be so grateful if you can donate any amount to help us to reach our target.

We'd also like to mention our lovely friend Leana, who was a member of the Teens Unite community and organised her own fundraiser for the charity while she was battling cancer. We'll be raising a glass in Leana's memory on our adventure.
