We are walking as a family for St Raphael's Hospice in memory of our amazingly wonderful nan who filled our lives with so much love and laughter. We are the luckiest family to have had her in our lives. Her memory will live on in her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

We are so grateful for the  care our nan received in her final days at St Raphael’s Hospice. We want to give back so they can continue their amazing work.

The hospice only receives 25% of their funding from the government even though everyone of their patients are NHS. They have to find over £4 million to support 1000 patients, their family and friends every year. Thank you.
