I cannot begin to imagine cold & isolation & despair of being homeless, let alone at Christmas, & even more so this year with covid, when that little bit of respite & cheer & coming in from the cold is harder than ever due to social distancing. The Dore & Totley Family Buy Sell & Swap Shop Facebook Group is a huge success helping to re-home preloved ítems & save them from landfill. It’s also provided the opportunity to earn a few quid or grab a bargain.... all good stuff.

If you’ve benefited from the group &/or in this Christmas season you have a few pounds & some goodwill to spare, I thought it would be great if we as a community could all come together & raise some money for those less fortunate than ourselves...
