Hi All

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On Sunday 9th July, I will be taking part in the Capital to Coast Charity Event. Basically, I will be cycling for 60 miles!!

All donations will be made to The Down's Syndrome Assocation which helps people with Down's Syndrome to live full and rewarding lives. They are the only organisation in this Country focusing solely on all aspects of living successfully with Down's Syndrome.

I will be training with good friends Nic Nac and G-Unit - Team "Dutch Alps" - who will also be taking part in the event and I will also be up early in the morning to do spinning classes at the gym.

Lots of dedication in the knowledge that we are doing something for an amazing Charity that we will make fun but will be challenging.

I know times are hard, but if you could dig deep and donate what you can, I'd really appreciate your support.

So, wish me luck on my journey and hopefully will be arriving at Hove on the 9th July with the girls, all in one piece and aiming straight for the pub!
