Story

Well I did it. Everything Hurts, I have blisters but it was SO worth it. I can't thank you enough. From the very bottom of my heart. Your donations and Neals memory kept me going, Thank you ♥♡♥

So today's the day! Just want to thank everyone that has donated. It really means a lot to me. I will hopefully send updates from the walk tonight.

Just 3 days to go until #shinewalk 2014 Thank you everyone that has so far donated xx

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am taking part in the official Shine Walk (www.shinewalk.org) in memory of my husband Neal who was taken ill suddenly in June 2013 and passed away less than 24 hrs later, and in memory of my Father-in-Law Ken who was diagnosed with AML just 4 months later and sadly also lost his fight very quickly.    Our lives have been ripped apart and thrown into disarray, and we all miss them both very much.  This is my little way of continuing their memory and to try to help fight this awful disease so another family does not have to go through this too.

I would like to raise as much money as possible for the Charity Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research (www.beatingbloodcancers.org.uk) who are doing vital work to help the fight against this awful disease.

Please help me to raise a little more money in memory of Neal and Ken

With love and thanks
Donna
