Story
If you are on this page then you know Donna's Story ...
Beautiful daughter,
Caring sister,
Stunning bride,
Wonderful wife,
Proud, Protective & Perfect Mum,
Always smiling, always thinking of everyone but herself.
Strong, brave, resolute ... always positive ... always dignified ... grace personified throughout the darkest and hardest of journeys.
Diagnosed in 2008 with a brain tumour. Undergoing surgery, then weeks of radiotherapy and all it's side effects. Always looking fab, always putting others first. Only for it to come back February this year. This time chemo. 8 months. More side effects, more nausea & sickness. It didn't work. So more surgery. Still strong, positive, always that trademark Donna smile, those caring brown eyes, that warm hug. Unfortunately the tumour had become more aggressive, too much so for further treatment. She started to slip away from us, little by little. Even to the very end she was the personification of peace, tranquility and grace.
