My names Donna I'm 23 years old and I've worked in health and social care for 7 years.  Throughout the years i've worked my way through the industry as a cleaner, carer, senior , team leader and care manager but none more rewarding than working as a Domicillary care provider for Home Instead Senior Care .

They provide a high standard of care to thoes in their homes through the Cardiff and vale. It has become more apparent that more and more people are being diagnosed with Alzhimers and are needing that little bit more help.

As a carer it's a difficult job to ensure everything is done correctly for someone who has Alzhimers , but with Alzhimers reach UK's help it's going to make all the difference with new methods and medication being found everyday our job of helping is getting better.

Now what I'm going to do !...

 

I'm going to climb Mt Snowdon in January 2012 in under 7 hours !. I would like to do this to prove that no matter how hard the struggle there will always be an ending to it !!.
