Anyone who knows me, knows my love for animals.  This charity works tirelessly to give as many animals as possible the compassionate life they deserve. 

As well as rescuing and providing homes for many animals they also help to provide information on the use of animals in factory farming, intensive breeding and cruel sports so people are aware and can seek to enable cruelty free choices.  

They believe all humans and animals are entitled to live a life free from suffering, and so do I.   

This is why I have chosen to run the Great South Run for Dean Farm Trust and any support you can give, I know, will be so much appreciated.
