As most of you know myself and a team of freinds are  doing the 3 peaks challenge in July! This is to help raise money for The Parachute Regiment Afganistan trust. We all watch the news n see how many of our brave hero`s are injured and killed way too often. On 25th January this became all very real n that hero was my freind!!!!
