We are radically advancing research to achieve a life free from epilepsy

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On February 22nd 1990 my bright, beautiful and courageous niece Samantha was born. She was a wonderful mother to Matthew and Stanley and attended college determined to pursue the dream of becoming a midwife, she was an inspiration to me every day!  After a life time of epilepsy she sadly and very suddenly passed away after having a seizure in 2018. It is my goal to bring about more awareness of this awful condition and to raise as much money as possible for research, together we can find a cure in the future. More people die from epilepsy than breast cancer yet very few people are aware of this. Together we can raise awareness of the daily struggles that people with epilepsy face and money for vital research to bring a brighter future to so many people and their families.
