Donna, Tony and Stu have decided to do the Great North Run is September of this year in aid of the MS Trust, and we would be eternally grateful for any donations you can offer.
The MS Trust is a UK charity, providing information for anyone affected by multiple sclerosis, offering education programmes for health professionals, funding for practical research and campaigning for specialist multiple sclerosis services.
More than 85,000 people in the UK have MS it is the most common disease of the central nervous system affecting young adults. MS is a disease that disrupts the way in which messages are carried to and from the brain and so can interfere with a range of the body's functions.
What your money could buy:
£1 one copy of a factsheet which provides essential, up-to-date information about MS symptoms and treatments
£5 ‘To send our Kids’ and Parents’ Guides to MS’ to a family affected by MS
£90 for a person with MS to participate in an information day with expert speakers
£1,765 to fund a newly-appointed MS nurse on our week long development module
