Our late father was a popular GP in the Medway towns. After nearly 30 years of service to the community he developed Parkinson's Disease - a disease for which there is no cure. We had first hand experience of how patient's suffer a progressive deterioration in their movement and their independence until eventually they require round the clock care to get them through the day. Sadly our father passed away on the 27th June, 2016 and we would like to encourage people who knew him to donate to charity rather than sending flowers or wreaths.
