On the 19th September I am  going to be doing the Great North Run. I will be running it for Arthritis Research UK who carry out research and provide informatioin for arthritis and related diseases.

Five years ago I was diagnosed with Lupus - Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) which is an autoimmune rheumatic disease. When I was first diagnosed I found the information provided by Arthritis Research UK invaluable.
