Like lots of people in Northampton our family has a connection to Cynthia Spencer, they helped with end of life care for my Grandpa in 2001 and they have helped so many families in my home town. Any donations to them are so greatly received and any way I can help contribute to that would be fantastic! 

I am going to walk, jog, skip, my way through this 13.1 miles and the aim is just to get to the finish line within the time limits. Anything better than that (3hours) I’ll be chuffed with.
