This is the second year that I have set myself the challenge to swim for this wonderful rescue charity.

Last year I swam 5,000 metres in one month and we raised just over £1,000 for Happy Paws, which was fantastic.

This year, I wanted an even bigger challenge, so I set myself the target of swimming 32,500 metres, which is just over 20 miles, in one month!

I am pleased to let you know that today I reached my target distance of 20 miles!

I still have a bit more fundraising to do to reach my goal of raising £1,000 for Happy Paws. Any amount you can donate would be so appreciated. 

Happy Paws is a charity very close to my heart as they rescued our gorgeous boy Jake. 

Sadly, there are so many other lovely dogs who need their help every day.
