As a keen cyclist and strong supporter of Mind, I thought I would take the plunge and combine the two at cycling event Cycletta on 30 June in Bedfordshire. 

When people hear the words 'mental health' they think it doesn't apply to them. But everyone has mental health, admittedly some healthier than others. In this day and age, mental health is constantly challenged by various factors therefore it's important to look after yourself. I know both friends and family with mental health challenges and have seen the impact it's had on them and their loved ones. 

Any contribution you can give to help Mind carry on delivering its fantastic services would be amazing, it doesn't need to be much. Every donation extends awareness of mental health just that little bit further. Thank you and wish me luck!
