As the majority of you know I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in my teens and have at times struggled with pain and flare ups, with my most recent flare up being in Jan 2018 where my body just broke and my inflammatory markers were all raised, my liver was affected and my medications stopped working.  Thankfully a new medication called Adalimumab was started and the effects for me were pretty instant, because of this medication I was able to take up a functional fitness gym and start running again.  My fitness is probably at the best it has ever been and the pain of my arthritis is now to the point where I get the occasional niggle here and there.
