On the 26th May I will be running in the BUPA London 10k for 'Demand' - a charity which designs and manufactures equipment for individuals who suffer from an array of disabilities. They are 'unsung heroes' who make a huge difference to many people's lives.

Demand does not yet have the profile or resources of the larger charities, and so running the London 10k is as much about raising an awareness of the cause as it is increasing the funds for projects.
