Which charities am I supporting? I hope to raise enough money to split the donations between 2 charities, both of which I have a personal connection with:

• The Christie - a leading cancer care charity based in Manchester which treats thousands of cancer patients a year.
• The Personal Support Unit (PSU) a charity which helps people representing themselves in court, their friends and families, witnesses, victims and inexperienced court users.

The Christie is the largest single site cancer centre in Europe treating more than 40,000 patients a year, including my dad who received first rate treatment for his prostate cancer there. 

The Personal Support Unit is a charity which I currently volunteer with. Because of recent legal aid cuts, more and more people are being denied proper access to the justice system. The PSU helps to support individuals who are unable to afford a solicitor, people facing eviction, family disputes, debts problems and more.

Your donation would be very well served going to either of these brilliant charities :)
