Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I never planned to do the Great South Run this year but having been lured into it I thought I'd make the most of it by raising money for the Alzheimer's Society, the nominated charity for the 2011 race.
Alzheimer's Society support people with dementia and their carers. They also fund research into the cause, care, cure and prevention of dementia. Over 750,000 people in the UK have dementia today - and this will rise to over 1 million people in a decade - so please give what you can towards this deserving cause.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
So please dig deep and donate now.
